Position Summary
The level of this position is a provisional grading
The focus of this position is to facilitate functional training conventions and workshops in the area of supply chain management using a variety of learning aids and tools in delivering the learning effectively. The Practitioner is responsible to compile training material and conduct pre- and post assessments within area of expertise. The Practitioner is responsible to evaluate the impact of training, conduct evaluation of learning that has taken place in terms of measurable improvement in job performance
REQUIRED OUTPUTS: FUNCTIONAL (the core content and deliverables of the position):
• Set up and manage improved Supply Chain Competency through managing individual KPI's
• Analyse results of skills assessment and develop training material to address gaps
• Ensure compiling and developing of functional training material
• Ensure Functional Training interventions per function and BU as agreed with them
• Present and facilitate learning programmes and training interventions
• Conduct evaluation of learning that has taken place in terms of measurable improvement in job performance
• Manage own and give input and feedback to colleagues value assessments
• Attend, learn and improve skill through interventions included in PDP
• Manage own and support colleagues to performs against Strategic targets
• Work save at all time and ensure other work safe to ensure zero harm to people and very low RCR
REQUIRED OUTPUTS: GENERAL (overall objectives/key areas of performance to be included in the performance agreement):
• Adherence to DOV, Policies & Governance from CoE & Sasol Group
• Come up with way to do my day to day work better
• Come up with ideas to automate my work to ensure I add value with in time completion of tasks
• Client Satisfaction questionnaire and feedback on skills assessment, compiling and developing of functional training material, functional training interventions completed and conducting of evaluation of learning that has taken place for relevant stake holders
• Feedback from colleagues and from relevant stake holders
• Feedback from internal SSS colleagues’
• Feedback from external BU clients and stake holders

Job Requirements
1. QUALIFICATIONS AND CAPABILITIES:
• Standard: 3-6 years Supply chain experience and training environment experience
• Senior: 6-8 years Sasol Supply chain experience and Sasol training environment experience
2. SPECIFIC EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE:
• Standard: B-Degree and/or Diploma in ODETD Practice NQF level 5
• Senior: B-Degree and/or Diploma in ODETD Practice NQF level 5

3. Knowledge:
• Exceptional ability to have insight into and understanding functional training of Supply Chain environment.
• Expert understanding of Training Governance requirements.
• SAP Knowledge and Computer literate
• Knowledge of Supply Chain business process & technology
