Requirements:


A relevant BSc or BTech in Contract Management
At least 5 years experience in a dynamic building environment.
Experience in building of hospitals including the coordination of services.
Registration at SACPCMP (South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions) would serve as a recommendation.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Project Manager, MS Office).
Strong managerial and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Teamwork orientation.
A valid code EB or B drivers licence.
A willingness to travel and be placed on-site for the duration of projects.

Key Outputs:


Responsible for project coordination and project progress monitoring.
Project budgets compiled, managed and variances declared.
Risks are identified and managed.
Project reports compiled and distributed.
Responsible for negotiation with and appointment of consultants.
Provide feedback to management on a regular basis.
