Requirements:


Registration with the SANC as a Registered Nurse
Computer literacy
Knowledge of nursing procedures
Experience in the private hospital industry will be an advantage
Experience in ICU and/or nursing training will be a recommendation
Excellent interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills
The ability to function independently under pressure and take initiative with a high sense of responsibility towards work
Must be proficient in Afrikaans and English
Own transport and willingness to travel

Key Outputs:


Key Outputs Managing payroll administration
Liaison with all departmental Managers and MHR Regional Office
Recruitment, selection and placement of all staff
Training and orientation of all MHR staff
Co-ordination of continuous quality improvement programmes (CQIP)
Compiling weekly and monthly reports
After hour call duties and manage there of.
