Job description
The SSO SME Manager will be responsible for the following:

People and task manage the SSO Subject Matter Expert team (Level 3 support)
o Create positive and inspiring climate to enable high performing teams
o Have working knowledge of FWB, SDM, GSAR & GTTA

Service Delivery Management:
Meet SLA Targets
Projects performed within budget, on time, according to agreed scope, with customer satisfaction

Compliance Management: Maintain Satisfactory compliance posture

Provide management leadership across the SME team by:
Communicating first hand knowledge of clients and consultants views of IBM Services and using this knowledge to ensure that IBM becomes the most essential company to our clients and the world.
Understanding the processes and procedures involved in teaming with others, such as: Transition, Delivery and Industry personnel
Communicate decisions and action items clearly and timely

Improve value to the SME team by taking action to validate SMEs are:
Consistently developing skills
Actively supporting GSAR project initiatives (Accelerator projects)
Minimizing SME team costs and managing the cost budget
Technically competent to evaluate, present, defend and support BAU problems/issues and provide solutions to senior management / clients

Competency for the Job
Completed LEADPro
Minimum 5 years SSO experience
Minimum 2 years IT Architect experience
Minimum 2 years Solutioning experience
Minimum 5 years as a Task Management
Minimum 1 year in a People Management role

Technical Diploma

English: Fluent



Preferred
