Job description
The MTS (TSS) SW Sales Services Team Leader focuses on growing the MTS SW Services portfolio across all Sectors. He or she will Interlock with the MTS Portfolio and Delivery team to ensure that our offerings are readily available and conducive for the South African Market. The Candidate will offer assistance and guidance to the core team to ensure maximum growth for MTS in this area as well as cover his own sector. The candidate will coordinate and assist in all complex bids and ensure the teams have the right focus in meeting deadlines with on all key deals. He will ensure that he and the team are fully interlocked with the sectors to drive pipeline for MTS. As the MTS TSS SW Team Leader you will be responsible to conduct all TSS cadence calls on a weekly basis as well as participate in the weekly MEA TSS cadence calls, ensuring he/she provides updates on all TSS opportunities for the South African Region.

Required

High School Diploma/GED
At least 1 year experience in Sales
Certified in IBM Global Sales School
English: Fluent



Preferred

Technical Diploma
At least 2 years experience in Sales
