Manage Projects in accordance with accepted project management processes and methodologies

Delivered approved projects within agreed objectives, standards, budget and timelines
Manage and motivate projects team members to achieve set sub-project objectives
Manage suppliers and service providers and ensure they meet agreed deliverables within budget, timelines and quality standards
Ensured regular status meetings are held
Ensured regular feedback and reporting to all stakeholders using well organised presentations in projects methodology
Ensured retention and continuity of IP and knowledge base management within MultiChoice Africa
Ensured team members work together in the most efficient manner
Resolved and or escalated issues, teams conflict and communication conflicts
Ensured projects documents are complete, accurate, current and stored appropriately
Maintained awareness of new and emerging technologies and potential solutions and remained in the forefront of innovation and emerging industry practices
Effectively managed stakeholders expectations and projects plans changes and consequences
Ensured approval of all changes, costs and decisions by projects sponsors & owners and senior management
Ensured adherence to Company procurement policies and processes when paying suppliers and service providers
Ensured projects legal documents and contracts are completed and approved
Education & Experience Project Management Methodology (e.g. RUP, SCRUM)
Qualifications – Practical Project Management, 6 SIGMA
