Job Title: Corporate Finance Executive Head of Corporate Finance
In the context of the recent growth and development of the Sasfin Group and its enlarged capital base, a strategic decision has been taken to increase the footprint of the Corporate Finance activities.
This leading corporate finance team with a strong listed client base seeks an experienced JSE corporate finance executive.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall responsibility for the following: Grow the Corporate Finance client base and enhance profitability Strategically broaden the scope of the Division Lead corporate finance transactions from inception to completion Have understanding of capital raisings, various valuation methodologies, JSE and TRP rules (preferable)
SKILLS REQUIRED
B Comm. with postgraduate qualification (CA). A minimum of 3 years experience in corporate finance deal execution Ability to communicate at the highest levels Effective Board level presentation skills Excellent analytical skills A wide and diverse business network Excellent verbal communication skills Sound business acumen
