Location: Shoprite branches in Limpopo, North West, Northern Gauteng and Mpumalanga Provinces.
Minimum Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
• a Grade 12 or equivalent qualification with Mathematics
• a Retail diploma or business qualification is desirable

EXPERIENCE
• Previous experience as a Manager in a food Retail industry would be advantageous OR
• Must have completed the Management Training Scheme program

KNOWLEDGE
• Bank or payment exposure

SKILLS
• Calculations
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Computer literacy

Job Specification

JOB PURPOSE
To implement and maintain the admin, financial, loss control, Health and Safety, and HR systems in the branch.

JOB OUTPUTS
To ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Housekeeping standards
To implement and maintain:

• the HR systems, procedures and policies
