Minimum Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
3 Year Degree in Personnel/ HR Management/ Industrial Psychology or equivalent - Essential

EXPERIENCE:
3 - 5 years Generalist HR experience on a management level
3 - 5 years Training design & implementation experience
3 - 5 years Industrial Relations experience
3 - 5 years HR experience in the Fast-Food Industry on management level

KNOWLEDGE
Essential:
Labour Legislation Procedures and Processes
CCMA Operations
Training Design and Implementation
Recruitment Procedures and Processes
Personnel Administration
Generalist HR knowledge

PURPOSE:
To provide an efficient and effective Human Resources service to Hungry Lion on a divisional level.


OBJECTIVES:
Human Resource Administration
• Manage the total HR-function within the division

Industrial Relations
• Ensure adherence to Industrial Relations guidelines, policies and procedures within the division

Training and Development
• Develop and manage training strategy that aligns with the business strategy as well as identified skills priorities

Recruitment and Productivity
• Define and manage recruitment and selection process according HR policy, procedure and Employment Equity targets

• Analyse business environment and related HR challenges and make recommendation's
