Job mission
Monitor and control allocated accounts per channel to ensure minimum risk to MTN
KPA duties
?Task Complexity: Debtors Book Management
?Debt Collection of all outstanding debt in the Branded channel based on Debtors days calculation (Net Revenue per month Basis)
?Ensure that staff Achieve collection targets set
?Manage and ensure that staff minimise queries on the debtors accounts
?Monthly reporting process
?3rd working day of each new calendar month.
?Ensure that staff submit monthly statements to the channel within the required deadlines
?Provide month end reports to management before deadlines
?Claims Processing
?All Claims received processed in same month paying attention to accuracy
?Supervise Credit Limits
?Ensure that the dealer’s debtor’s balance is within the allocated credit limit. This would apply to prepaid and post paid accounts
?Ensure that accounts are maintained within credit limits
?Supervise Debtors Exposure Recons
?Definition: to ensure that all exposures recorded on the monthly recons are settled before the end of the following month.
?Ensure that payments from the channel is received within due date
?Ensure that payments are allocated to reduce unallocated cash
?Maintain bad debt within acceptable levels
?Supervise Customer Satisfaction Survey
?Improvement of 2011 Culture Index, of the set percentage in the KPI box
?Based on % Improvement of CSS carried out by Branded Channel specifically relating to CSS Branded
?Order Management Process
?Minimise amount of orders going on hold. Number of orders
?Credit Limit Release
?All orders are released from credit hold within 2 hours of being booked. Refer to SLA report
?IMEI Based debtors Ageing
?Based on complete accurate current to 90 day representation. Noted that due to the lack of pre WMS IMEI breakdown, items older than WMS implementation date will be grouped
?PPP's as per ISO
?PPP's to be updated, signed off and displayed on the common drive
?Carry out delegation of authority – accurately
?Training
?To present a training schedule by area that clearly stipulates and measures training days by employee level 1 - 2
Full training calendar schedule to be presented at KPI session
Data to be signed off by training department
5 days training per employee
?Manage staff
?Keep staff fully motivated and provide support required to perform their tasks to their best abilities
Educational requirements
Education:
B. Compt or preferred tertiary qualification in accounts or commercial credit management field
Experience required
Experience:
Minimum 5 years credit control experience at supervisory level.
Very strong on recons
Good experience with Windows XP and Excel advanced,
Advantage : Oracle
