Minimum Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
• a Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• a Retail diploma or business qualification is desirable
EXPERIENCE
• Previous work experience in a service or retail-related industry is desirable OR
• Must have completed the Management Training Scheme program
SKILLS
• Financial Management
• Sales
• Performance Management
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Computer literacy
Job Specification
JOB PURPOSE
To manage the branch and his/her assistant managers, controllers, staff, equipment & stock so that it functions effectively and that customers are satisfied and overall financial goals are achieved.
