SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR

Role Size: L
Level of Work: 1
CCM Level: Manager of Self

This role provides immediate response to complex administrative requirements in accordance with SLA parameters, in a processing environment. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.


KRA's



Coaching

· May act as mentor to less experienced administrators.



Documentation Processing

· Follows standardized processes and provides administrative support in line with normal business functioning.

· Provides service to customers and intermediaries.

· Responds to immediate administrative requirements within procedure. Delivers on daily production standards.

· Manages the vetting of data and allocation of premiums in respect of a portfolio of retirement funds.

· Seeks resolution with customers and intemediaries where necessary.



Quality Assurance

· Performs quality checks on own work.

· Attention to detail.

· Adheres to service and quality standards


Job Requirements



· Matric with mathematics or equivalent Recognition of Prior Learning.

· Retirement industry knowledge essential.

· 2 yrs+ experience as a senior administrator.

· Extensive RFA Umbrella product and process knowledge / multi skilled essential.

· Prior experience in a data management role/ authorising claims/ processing of death and disability claims/ liaison an advantage.
