SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Schedule maintenance, planning and analysis· Schedule feasibility · Network planning and development · Monitor competitor activity· Maintain a high awareness of industry trends· Maximise effectiveness of schedule through seamless integration with Alliance partners· Adaptation to short and long term market requirements· Analyse and report on performance against expectations· Ensure that SA Express scheduling and planning performance standards are defined· Monitor performance · Develop scheduling and planning budget and submit for approval· Adaptation to short and long term market demands to maximise revenue potential· Define and agree on scheduling and planning processes· Manage scheduling and planning processes · Maintain sound relationship with suppliers· Compile and ensue availability of all the necessary reports ie trend analysis report, statistical and analytical reports etc
