Job Summary Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacancy of Artisan Fitter at South Deep, near Carletonville. The successful candidate will report to the Mine Overseer.
Key Responsibilities • General fitting and TM3 machines
• Conducting all assigned work in a satisfactory and competent manner
• Ensuring the safety of the employees under his/her control
• Complying with the Health and Safety policy and practices of the company

Key Requirements • Previous working experience in respective trade
• Knowledge of Trackless Mining
• Atlas Copco 282 & 1030 experience
• Good working experience of mining environment
• Good communication skills in English, and at least one of the other official languages
Education • A matric certificate
• Section 13 Fitter certificate
