Job Purpose
To call on Ophthalmologists and General practitioners to promote Adcock Ingram Products
Required Learning

• Science degree
• Minimum 2 years previous experience as a Doctor Detail Sales Representative
• Knowledge of and experience in Ophthalmology will be an advantage.
• Medical diploma or degree would be an advantage.
• Computer literacy: MS Office (proficient in Excel, Word & Power Point)
• A valid driver’s licence
Key Job Outputs
• Constantly achieve individual regional and divisional sales targets as well as EI and RI targets
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Key Customers
• Successfully implement sales and marketing strategies
• Analysis of regional sales, competitor and market share data, then help develop strategies and action plans to maximise sales potential in the area
• To efficiently manage expenses and to submit accurate monthly marketing reports and administration
• To respond adequately and professionally to customer complaints and queries
• Adhere to MINT CRM reporting requirements
• 5 working day country trip to Eastern Cape once every 6 weeks
