Job description
Are you a talented professional interested in applying your expertise to get real business value for clients? As a SAP Business Sales and Delivery Executive, you'll team with some of the best minds in the industry to create innovative high quality solutions focused on clients' business needs.
First and foremost, you will be responsible for medium to large deals through the full sales cycle, driving deals from opportunities identified through to sales closure. And then maintain and build customer relationships for business extension and on-going engagements.
You will be required to generate a sales pipeline and define coverage strategy and action plans with the account teams. This will include proactive marketing and account planning with the broader account teams. Relationships will need to be established across lines of business to provide on-going account development and support.
Internally you will be required to manage your opportunities and provide accurate forecast and reporting information. Resources will need to be leveraged in order to shape the deals and manage deadlines.
The work required will be in large complex environments for both projects and support. You will need to fill the role of thought leadership and trusted advisor for both clients guiding them through the sales transactions and forming trusted relationships. Teamwork and leadership is essential in this highly competitive consulting environment.
Skills:
• Proven sales ability and drive to work independently to achieve results
• Knowledge of the ERP and IT Consulting market with an established network
• Excellent interpersonal ability. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills are a must
Required
High School Diploma/GED
At least 8 years experience in Full SAP Life-cycle Implementation in large complex environments
At least 8 years experience in SAP Project and Programme Management Experience
At least 8 years experience in Designing and Developing SAP Solutions
At least 8 years experience in Customer Engagement with experience in selling professional services and solutions
At least 8 years experience in Articulating SAP value propositions clearly in an industry context and listening to clients to identify prioritised needs
English: Fluent
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
At least 10 years experience in Full SAP Life-cycle Implementation in large complex environments
At least 10 years experience in SAP Project and Programme Management Experience
At least 10 years experience in Designing and Developing SAP Solutions
At least 10 years experience in Customer Engagement with experience in selling professional services and solutions
