Job Title: Manager: SME Informal Markets

Hiring Line Manager: Managing Executive: SME & SOHO

Main Purpose: Develop and grow the indirect channel for SME in the informal market sector
Key Accountabilities / Objectives: Develop an SME indirect channel strategy for the informal market channel
Recommend attractive incentive models to encourage participation
Drive sales targets and customer performance for the channel
Work closely with the product team in developing specific products that address the channel
Build the external agent model focusing on the informal SME sector through the top SCTO’s and CST’s
Develop training framework and support for the informal market channel
Leverage on the existing SME informal market structures in driving execution
Establish the tier system for the informal market
Manage and Lead the team (people management)

Requirements: Education and Experience

Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA accredited equivalent*
Relevant 3 Year degree/diploma in Commerce/Finance/Business Management/Marketing/Project Management SAQA accredited equivalent*

Minimum 5 Years work experience including
3 Years Financial experience – essential
2 Years Management – essential
1-2 years supervisory/ people management experience (essential)
Experience in the GSM Industry – advantage

OR
