Brief Description



The main purpose of this position is to provide strategic direction, planning, management practices and control for the Services Division in the Corporate Services Department (CSD) of the South African Reserve Bank (the Bank).

Detailed Description



The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key performance areas:



· Rendering and managing support functions such as finance administration and budget for the CSD

· Providing catering, stores and distributions, document handling, travelling, asset management and telephone services to the Bank

· Providing governance, risk and compliance services to the CSD

· Providing project office management support services to the CSD

· Co-ordinating the CSD’s business continuity plan

· Managing client relationships by making clients aware of the services rendered and soliciting feedback from them

· Managing human and other resources

· Providing management and general information.

Job Requirements



To be considered for this position, candidates must have

· a BCom or BAdmin degree in Accounting or equivalent; and

· four to six years’ experience in a similar position.
