Job Mission
Mission Responsible for managing the Operations Department within Claims Management. To support initiatives within MTNSP relevant to Claims Management and to provide the necessary monthly reporting information to Logistics Finance and Commercial Credit department.
KPA Duties
Commission Queries •Investigate dealer base queries received from dealers •Manage all USD’s received for commission queries •Assist dealer with reconciling their dealer bases on a monthly bases •Assisting with identifying the different types of Status and impact on dealer base Marketing Journals •Transfer and post all marketing journals to General Ledger Branded and Business Channel Commissions •Forecasting for financials/payments •Commission payments as per dealer agreement •Validate and approve all commission payment •Monthly presentation for commissions •Lease contribution payments •Store Build invoices •Supplier payments for laptops •Commission payments for Corporate/Business channel Receivables Module •Maintain and own Oracle Receivables Database •Super User for Oracle Receivables across all channels •Ensure data integrity and conduct related data clean-up projects •Ensure that Eppix and ERP system are inline that both codes exit on ERP and EPPIX •Ongoing testing for upgrades on Receivables or changes to the system •Liaise with MTN IS regarding USD’s and change request logged for Receivables •Creation of iReceivables contact details •Creation of iStore contact details Banking Institutions •Co-ordinate the banking for Branded Retail channel •Process and receipt payments received from Trade Customers •Refund incorrect payments received or transfer to correct bank account •Investigate all unidentified payments •Ensure that all bank transaction codes exist in the system •Review Bank reconciliation and feedback to Logistic Finance
Requirements
Education: •Grade 12 and post matric qualification related to accounts
Experience: •2 – 3 years Experience in accounting •2 – 3 years supervisory experience
Knowledge: •Familiarisation with basic IT principles and systems Skills / physical competencies: •Communication and interpersonal skills •Supervisory skills •Problem-solving •Numerical aptitude •Attention to detail; accurate •Initiative Behavioural qualities: •Must handle pressure •Deadline driven •Team player
