Main Purpose: Manage the indirect online and Tele sales channels for SME & SOHO
Key Accountabilities / Objectives: Work closely with the capability team in building telesales and online models for SME & SOHO
Manage the lead generation process flow to ensure delivery
Ensure that the telesales team deliver on the set targets for the segment
Work with the CVM team in running cross & up-sell campaigns for SME & SOHO to increase revenue.
Work with the online team in developing phase 2 of the SME portal
Build and manage key internal relationships
Benchmark and adopt telesales and online management best practices within Vodafone
Collaborate with customer experience team in developing measurement for NPS
Manage and lead team (people management)

Requirements: Education and Experience
Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA accredited equivalent*
Relevant 3 Year degree/diploma in Commerce/Finance/Business Management /Marketing/Project Management or SAQA accredited equivalent* – essential
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (essential), including:
2-3 years Commercialisation of deals experience (essential)
2 Years management experience (essential)
1 – 2 years Supervisory/People management experience (essential)
Experience in online sales environment preferred
OR
