Position Summary
Purpose of the job: To manage the fertilizer sales in the Balfour, Standerton, Frankfort & Vrede regions and to interact with the relevant internal departments as well as all external stakeholders.
Job Outputs
-Achieve regional sales volumes targets
-Compile sales plans per area and per customer
-Customer relationship management
-Manage the total sales transaction from customer identification to debtors collection
-Provide agronomic / technical service to key customers
-Manage expense budget
-Liaise with the operations, planning and logistics functions in optimising the use of operations and logistics resources
Job Requirements
Qualifications and expertise required
-Relevant B-degree (Preferably in Agricultural and/or Marketing) - Must

Specific experience required
-Minimum 5 years Sales and Marketing experience (proven track record).
-Fluent in English and Afrikaans (read, write, speak)
-Business acumen
Knowledge of the Fertilizers and/or Agricultural Industry
