Main Purpose:
The CRM Administrator will be responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a day to day basis. The CRM Administrator will be expected to assist the Business Development department to maintain strategic systems and allow for future growth and value creation. This role is critical to the achievement of PwC's business and strategic intent. Additionally, this role will require in-depth knowledge of internal sales, marketing, and business processes.

Responsibilities/Output:
• Maintain CRM database, including data capturing and data integrity.
• Manage the administrative processes and reports to maintain data integrity, quality and consistency.
• Manage and co-ordinate training sessions on a national, regional and local office level.
• Create and/ or update training manuals, policies, and procedures.
• Provide on-the-job assistance and training to CRM users.
• Create recipient and invitation lists from the database for all campaigns.
• Assist with the management of all CRM campaigns and administration of responses.
• Liaise with CRM Manager to discuss and implement CRM business customisation and configuration.
• Build and manage CRM reports, focusing on improving the quality of reporting.
• Assist with the management of dashboards and preparation of reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and correct errors made by system users through detection reports in CRM.
• Manage leads/ opportunities, from an administrative level, to ensure these are processed. Initiate alerts where necessary.
• Ensure data fields are populated correctly at all times.
• Reporting improper system usage to CRM Manager.
• Act as the central point of contact for all change requests and system alterations. Escallate to appropriate levels when relevant.
• Work with CRM Manager to ensure key functionalities are understood and delivered.
• Monitor login history and manage users, including data clean-up and removal of resigned users.
• Provide help-desk support for all system users and escalate to BTM/ Exordia if required.
• Import and export data as required.
• Assist with detailing system enhancements and changes.
Requirements
Qualification Level: Grade 12
Additional Qualification Level: IT related Degree / Diploma
Experience Required: 1 - 2 years
Competencies / Skills:
The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, pay close attention to detail, have analytical thinking skills and be people orientated.
Skills/ Competencies required:
• Multi-tasking and ability to deliver on time is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to interact with practitioners at various levels of seniority within the organisation.
• Good time management and the ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines.
• Attentive to quality and detail.
• Client service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Advanced experience in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Database experience preferred.
• Experience in a business development, marketing or sales administration role will be an advantage.
• Experience with MS Dynamic CRM will be an advantage.
• Experience in events and communication campaigns will be an advantage.
• Experience with Lotus Notes Database will be highly beneficial.
