Administrate DPD project budgets
Administrate DPD department budgets
Provide monthly updates to DPD Management on budget usage
Advise Snr Manger DPD and Head: Decoder Hardware Strategy of any circumstances that would result in over spend on a budget
Adhere to MultiChoice Financial and Purchasing processes for Capex and Opex
Purchase all DPD department requirements
Send PO’s to suppliers
Ensure invoices are submitted to Finance timeously for payment
Manage Vendors payment age analysis statements
Manage an Asset register for DPD and ensure it is always up to date
Assist Head: Decoder Hardware Strategy with special projects
Assist with travel arrangements for DPD department management
General department administration function
Manage head count reporting to finance
Minute taking at DPD management meeting
Assist with function organization
Administer DPD documents on Sedibeng knowledge database where required
Competencies FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
Expert knowledge in stock/inventory management
Basic knowledge of decoders & peripherals
Understanding of consumer electronics
PC literacy: High level of competency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Qualifications/Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in budget management and administration
Experience in consumer electronics industry an advantage
Engineering background an advantage
