Job Purpose
To render an efficient, rapid, cost effective and technically proficient estate planning service through own efforts thereby maximising client satisfaction and increasing the Company's share of executors' commission, Trustees fees and asset management business.
The provision of full support to Standard Bank and Standard Bank Financial Consultancy to achieve the objectives

Key Result Areas
Conducting estate planning interviews and taking Will instructions.
The review of existing Wills.
Keeping number of unsigned Wills to a minimum.
Submission of monthly, quarterly and annual Returns.
Promotion of our core products.
Interaction with Standard Bank Regional and Branch Managers, Private Banking Suite Heads and Private Bankers and SBFC Financial Advisors.
Training - Standard Bank and SET staff.

The ideal candidate will have the following competencies:

Ability

The ability to sell as well as having successful sales closure skills is essential.
Ability to motivate Distribution Channel and generate qualified leads.
Dealing with people at all levels (customers, management and consultants).
Ability to work in a pressurised environment.

Experience

Knowledge and understanding of financial services and products would be an advantage.
5 to 10 years experience in Trust and Estate Planning and related fields
Knowledge and understanding of wills drafting, estate planning, trust and estates is essential.

Knowledge

A relevant tertiary qualification (B.Comm / CAIB / CFP / Trust or Estate Diploma) is essential
