JOB TITLE : Registered Nurses Theatre Recovery day and night duty
LOCATION : Netcare Union Hospital situated in Alberton
REPORTING TO : Unit Manager
CLOSING DATE : 30 May 2012

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Service excellence for all patients
 Superior patient nursing care
 Adherence to Netcare policies
 Economic utilization of hospital resources
 Must be willing to rotate between day and night shifts

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

 Must have a Diploma in General Nursing
 Registered with The South African Nursing Council
 Previous experience in a Private Hospital Environment in theatre will be advantageous
 Liaison with doctors
 Previous experience in recovery essential

INHERENT JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Building Customer Loyalty – Good communication and Interpersonal skills, must be customer orientated
 Adaptability - High energy levels and tolerance for stress
 Managing work - Good work management, planning and organizing skills
 Must be quality orientated
