Job Title: SAP Trainer / Facilitator

Purpose: To effectively engage with subject matter experts and Operational Line Managers in Shared Services to obtaining business knowledge in order to match policy, processes and technology into customised comprehensive training material. Optimally utilise information to address knowledge gaps and pro-actively plan training interventions. Understand the area, identify the gaps and build training material to address the need Established and maintained relationships with Subject Matter Experts, Operational Line Management and Centres of Excellence Designed customised training material for each team within Shared Services Conducting of training sessions according to training plan Provide flexible learning and assessment strategies which will meet the learning needs of Shared Services Provide feedback regarding receptiveness, participation and attendance of training Provide feedback regarding assessment results and levels of competence after training Stay abreast of policy, procedure and SAP HR changes and/or enhancements outside of Shared Services Develop pre and post assessment methods to assess competency levels before training sessions Modify and improve existing training programmes Regularly conduct training sessions and assess the competency increase of the employees Report on competency shifts REQUIREMENTS: Matric; Relevant SAP Training qualification; 2 years experience in SAP HR administration and/or consulting; 2 years experience in creating training material, facilitating training and conducting assessments. Sound computer literacy Sound knowledge of SAP HR administration and processes (technical) Knowledge of bank policies and procedures Relevant IT and system knowledge Facilitation of training Developing training material Developing and facilitating competency assessments Networking and building relationships Showing good judgment, ethical behaviour and personal integrity Taking initiative and being pro-active Self-confident and decisive Ability to build relationships and network Efficiency and quality orientation Possessing an excellence orientation, with attention to detail Assertiveness Customer focussed Show high levels of follow-through on tasks and projects as well as the ability to motivate others to action Rule orientation and risk awareness High levels of resilience and ability to handle stress Showing responsiveness and action orientated * Sound verbal and written communicationInnovation and creativity The ideal candidate will have the following competencies: Ability Create and maintain the relevant relationships required to achieve the stated objectives Ensure continuous improvement of processes used to maintain regulatory compliance Experience Sound knowledge of SAP HR administration and processes (technical) Facilitation of training 2 years experience in creating training material, facilitating training and conducting assessments 2 years experience in SAP HR administration and/or consulting in project management principles Minimum 2 years experience in a regulatory role within the banking industry
