Ensuring that builds are created and managed
Ensuring that the build always works
Improving the build process
Creating and maintaining new and existing build functionality as needed
Building and maintaining Wix MSI project files
Implement and maintain build quality standards
Manage the build servers
Ensure that the deployments are working
Extend and support our build and deployment processes for our products across multiple environments
Manage check-in policies
Ensure that code analysis is enabled and monitored
Ensure that code is audited and reviewed, either by a manual/workflow based review process or with the assistance of automated auditing tools
Creat dashboards to monitor the health of a build
Clean up unused workspaces
Make sure all patches are applied to the servers
Send out check-in warnings every week to people which have left over check outs.
Coordinate the fixing of a broken build
Ensuring the execution of comprehensive test suites across test beds
Support a variety automated client and server deployments
Active participant in regular team meetings, discussing issues related to productivity, process, work flow, and quality
Break down tasks and provide time estimates for scheduling
Work with database, version control software, client software, and server code to ensure proper delivery of all required software
Communicate priorities and limitations of build processes to internal development team and external operation team
Work with various tools to generate documentation and scripts for effective and reliable builds and deployment strategies
Manage servers used by development and QA personnel

Experience in developing software with .Net Framework
