Introduction
To translate International business requirements into workable business process models/business process architecture across multiple business areas and complex end-to-end processes with broad business impact. This is a 3 month contract position based at the Head Office in Cape Town City Centre.
Minimum Requirements
TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL
• Relevant ITS qualification – or hands on experience
• Process documentation experience (like to have)
• System testing experience
• System implementation experience
• Sound general IT knowledge
• SQL experience / knowledge advantageous
• 3-5 years of the following experience:
o Process and systems documentation experience
o Training experience
o Retail industry experience

Job Specification
• Analysing process or system issues to identify and specify system defect solutions or process improvements required
• Working with relevant stakeholders to understand and document business requirements including control objectives
• Responsible for developing business requirement specifications for processes and documenting enhancements
• Working with systems analysts to communicate the business requirement and ongoing interaction to ensure that any development meets the business need
• Assisting with the analysis of process changes, risk impacts and communication required.
• Analysing process changes, risks and impacts and facilitating communication thereof
• Developing test scripts in line with business scenarios
• Conducting thorough system and integration testing
• Helping ensure that environment is setup for business change
• Compiling training material and delivery thereof
• Responsible for status reporting, feedback on issues and risks
• Responsible for supporting the business during implementation
• Supporting the users until processes and systems have stabilized
