The incumbent will be responsible to communicate to corporate customers in a ONE STOP service assurance centre for all Wholesale ISP & VAN’s customers for Voice, VoIP, Non-Voice, National & International Backbones in order to ensure a continuous data transfer service. Please note that preference may be given to Employment Equity candidates (including people with disabilities) The ideal candidate will have the following competencies: Ability telephone etiquette communicating with customers Experience queries on ADSL Knowledge ADSL products and services the global telecommunications industry Network Performance and Management Software business processes transmission network
