Outputs Involvement in projects to ensure new functionality is understood
Assist with On-The-Job training for all Support staff
Create diagnostic scripts and other aids per system (IBS), e.g. simple diagnostic question sheets, historical records, known error lists, predefined extract scripts
Update automation schedules in accordance with business requirements
Generate extract scripts for medium to advanced complexity
Participate in Sev 1 actions
Assist and Support the DR team during testing
Standby
Resolve incidents within the SLA / OLA timeframes
Provide a second line support service to Computer Room
Generate extract scripts for simple queries
Day-To-Day operational support of the production system

1 - 2 years experience in an Operational Environment
Scripting (VB and Java)
Hands-on experience with the following disciplines
