Position Summary:
To provide an effective HR administrative support service to the Human Resources Department
within Sasol SSI
Required outputs:
Provide an effective HR administration support through
Collate and consolidate SAP and International staff establishment in order to maintain staff
establishment
Provide support with Staff Establishment/ Organisational Development Committee preparation
and governance
Coordinate, receive and distribute group HR reports to respective HRMs/HR BPs/HRCs in order
to enable partnering
Analyse HR reports into meaningful data and provide to HRMs/ HR BPs/ HRCs for interpretation
and execution
Compilation of month end reports and distribute to relevant stakeholders i.e. :
-Headcount report for Safety
-Cost Centre report for Financial
-Reconciliation of payroll strengths for Group HR
-Diversity Figures for Diversity Manager
-SOX movement report for Group HR
-Confirmation of position levels (SA and Non SA) for Group HR
Assist with annual incentive bonus process and annual salary adjustments
Review of study aid applications for completeness and governance and submit for processing
Maintain expatriates and repatriates data base and ensure information is up to date in terms of
CBP, return dates, etc
Interact with colleagues in TSS regarding appointment, transfers, promotions and other HR
administrative processes
Assist HRMs/ HRBPs/ HRCs with On- Boarding of new employees
Provide support during recruitment processes
Handle and re-route general administration queries
Assist employees with benefits administrations i.e. medical aid, pension fund queries, etc
Cost control for HR expenses
Report deviations and non conformance timeously to relevant HRMs/ HR BPs/ HRCs and GM

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
-Grade 12( Must) or related NQF 4 HR qualification
Related experience required:
-Minimum of 4 years experience in HR admin environment
-Working knowledge of SAP HR
-Computer literacy in MS Office and MS Outlook
-Good administrative skills
-Ability to keep confidentiality
-Ability to communicate at all levels, especially senior management

-Liaise with HR TSS to ensure that HR administrative processes are effective
-Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and systems to ensure governance
-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including HR TSS and international offices when
necessary
