•MultiChoice Dpartmental Mnagers
•Programme and Project Managers
Outputs - Educate and advise the team on project governance i.e. project management policies, standards, methodologies and processes across all phases of the respective projects (includes describing the processes’ purpose, utilising scheduling and costing tools, determining who is responsible for deliverables, and detailing approval procedures)

- Facilitate/oversee project planning/control sessions

- Measure and monitor project performance

- Manage project progress and ensure that projects are delivered at appropriate timelines

Track and analyse costs: working with available accounting and project management software tools to track all expenditure, including labour hours, equipment usage, procured resources.

- Ensure that issues, risk and change control requests are identified, analysed and estimated, escalate, as necessary extraordinary risk impacts and/or issues to the appropriate levels of management for disposition, and are documented/tracked in the project’s collaboration database.

- In line with corporate governance standards, document and deliver status information yielded from earned value reports and presentation material for executive management this also includes performing the analysis and forecast and makes recommendations for the various project iniiatives
Education & Experience •Project Management diploma or PMP or equivalent

•At least 3-5 years related experience as a Subject Matter Expert in all aspects of project control (including hands-on support/mentoring to the project management community as needed/requested, project planning/scheduling, cost/variance analysis, project setup, project performance measuring and monitoring etc)
