Introduction
To conceptualise and develop world class communication campaigns for the WW Foods brand.
To aid in the production of Advertising and Marketing campaigns. To have ideas and to develop them into distinctive, brand building sales materials.
Minimum Requirements
Technical Skills / Experience:
Relevant 3 year Degree / Diploma
A proven track record of doing breakthrough advertising and a passion for the challenges of the new age of communication
Eight+ years experience - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote ATL, brand and digital experience
Strong leadership skills
Strong concept development and graphic design ability
Must be able to show a portfolio demonstrating ability and experience.
Creative and technical skills
Previous agency experience is advantageous
Proficient in CS5 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and knowledge of flash) Mac & PC
Strong administrative skills
Good communication skills
Good planning and organisational skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Must also be able to work under stress and meet deadlines
Ability to work above the line and below the line
Ability to work from concept right through to execution
Motivated, energetic, passionate, a self-starter
Strong creative thinker with inherent graphic design ability
Must be able to work well in a team

Job Specification
Manage the overall visual appearance and how it communicates visually, stimulates moods, contrasts features, and psychologically appeals to a target audience.
To conceptualise and through creative thinking design and produce award winning creative work within the scope of the brand and creative brief and present to client.
Work through-the-line
Manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
Responsible for the quality of execution and quality of thinking
Come up with the best creative solution achieved within budget
Work as a team with the Creative Director, Copywriters and Designers
Responsible for seeing the idea through the creative process to final sign off
Work to Brand guidelines
Work to brief and show understanding and relevance to the target market
Be able to effectively visualise concepts and pass on to designers for them to create into the end product, giving direction on photography style, typography, print material, finishing of stock
Attend pre-production meetings with TV crew and casting sessions
Attend all photo shoots and location visits, providing direction to photographers to meet clients brief
To ensure consistency and integration of art direction in all materials
To help and guide graphic designers, art workers and assistant art directors in art direction issues when needed
To provide leadership and experience to more junior staff
To select and brief external creatives such as photographers and illustrators
To take responsibility on photo shoots, through pre-production, the shoot day and post-production
