Introduction
To support the Account Director to provide excellent ATL ‘client service’ on time and on budget, that meets or exceeds our client’s expectations.
Minimum Requirements
Technical & Functional Competencies
Relevant degree/diploma
1-2 years Agency Account Management experience
Previous agency experience is advantageous
Demonstrate competency in evaluating creative work
Communication and Relationship Management skills
Financial skills
Strong admin/planning and organising skills
Proactive approach
Strong project management skills
Ability to deliver to the critical path
Service orientation
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Negotiation skills
PC Literacy- understanding of Chase Software will be an advantage

Job Specification
Project Management
Managing internal Woolworths Foods clients and projects from initial contact through to delivery
Attending all client meetings from briefing to presentation and preparing contact reports/ (all meetings to be documented in writing to confirm agreed points)
Receive client briefs and conduct internal creative briefing sessions, ensuring the Creative Director is involved in the early stages of the briefings for the project.
Attend design and creative reviews and action debriefs with relevant stakeholders
Workflow scheduling (in association with the Traffic Manager) including active involvement with the project team through all stages of each project to ensure compliance with the brief and the budget
Briefing and checking finished art
Coordinating photography shoots and attend pre-production meetings
Client Service
Build, sound, enduring relationships with the Brand Managers, creative studio and suppliers
Understanding the clients business objectives
Articulating our strategic and creative response in client presentations
Act as the central point of contact for the client relationship across internal departments and external suppliers
Conducting PIR’s on major projects to understand the strengths and weaknesses in our performance
Expense Management
Ensuring accurate estimation of client work so as to meet profit objectives
Ensure projects are completed within budget, on time and achieve margin targets
Ensure accurate and timely billing of work and costs as per our agreement with clients and in keeping with the company’s monthly billing cycle.
Producing accurate purchase orders
Negotiating financial issues with the relevant stakeholders
Maintaining accurate expenses/disbursements records against jobs
Quality Control
Ensuring all work dispatched for production has the written sign off of the client
Coordinating proof and production/press checks as required
