QUALIFICATION
An Industrial Engineering degree is essential

EXPERIENCE
2+ years experience with process-improvement projects is desirable

Job Specification
PURPOSE
To support the achievement of effective labour-planning and -management in the Shoprite Group of companies by implementing value-adding process improvements and maximising the utility of the company's Workforce Management System.

- To implement value-adding process improvements in the Shoprite Group of companies on a project basis as requested by management.
