Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):
CA (SA)
Professional Registration with SAICA
Related Minimum Experience.
3 Years articles plus 4 years post articles. ( i.e. 7 years in total)
Financial reporting
Compliance with IFRS and South African Companies Act and PFMA
External audit experience would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

Guide and lead the preparation of the Eskom Group Integrated Report, Group Financial Statement and related documents and reports
Coordinate, manage and facilitate the external audit process
Manage and provide guidance on IFRS and other technical or applicable legislative compliance, and provide a consulting and advisory service relating to IFRS and other technical or legislative requirements
Lead the compilation of external stakeholder reporting
Training and communication
