Introduction
To aid in the conceptualisation and production of Advertising and Marketing campaigns. To have ideas and to develop them into distinctive, brand building sales materials.
Minimum Requirements
Technical Skills / Experience:

Relevant 3 year Degree / Diploma
A proven track record of doing breakthrough advertising and a passion for the challenges of the new age of communication
3-5 years experience - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote ATL, brand and digital experience
Strong concept development and graphic design ability
Must be able to show a portfolio demonstrating ability and experience.
Creative and technical skills
Previous agency experience is advantageous
Proficient in CS5 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and knowledge of flash) Mac & PC
Strong administrative skills
Good communication skills
Good planning and organisational skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Must also be able to work under stress and meet deadlines
Ability to work from concept right through to execution
Motivated, energetic, passionate, a self-starter
Strong creative thinker with inherent graphic design ability
Must be able to work well in a team

Work as a team with the Senior Art Director, Creative Director, Copywriters and Designers
Responsible for seeing the idea through the creative process to final sign off
Work to Brand guidelines
Work to brief and show understanding and relevance to the target market
Attend pre-production meetings
Attend all photo shoots and location visits, providing direction to photographers to meet clients brief
