Your main focus will be to ensure a competent operational workforce by thorough efficient training and that all personnel are competent to deliver the outputs of their jobs. The utilisation and deployment of resources to maximise personal and organisational benefit as well as the assessment of learners for their achievement of learning objectives are crucial.

You need a National Diploma Engineering, Engineering Trade Test Certificate (Fitter/Fitter and Turner) and 6 years' experience in maintenance and training. You need to be trained as an ETD Facilitator and be a qualified Assessor/Moderator.

Remuneration:

The position is an GBF7/8
The initial salary will be determined in accordance with Kumba Iron Ore regulations
