Responsibilities/Output:
You will be working in the Business Technology Management (BTM) department. The department's responsibilities incorporate Assurance, Advisory, Tax and Internal Firm Services technology. BTM uses technology to improve business processes for PwC and external clients.
The main responsibilities for the person in this position include:
Delivery of IT systems and applications for the responsible line of service in PwC Southern Africa.
This involves business analysis, functional specification, configuration, training, testing, support, budgeting, time management and working closely with Development Services and GTS (IT operations).
Assist with the management of system change requests and new developments.
Actively seek ways to apply technologies to business processes to meet strategic goals through a conceptual understanding of technology and strong business insight and experience.
Implement methodologies, standards and processes on all projects to ensure consistent quality.
Relationship building within your responsible service line(s).
Contribute to the performance of the overall BTM team.
Assist the service line BTM Senior Manager in day to day operations.

Competencies / Skills:
National Diploma, BCom, BTech or BSc focused on Information Technology / Information Systems
Experience required: 1 /2 years experience in a Business /Systems Analyst Role

Ability to communicate technical information to client/internal focused people at all levels in the firm
