To provide a financial administrative functions within the Audit Group.

Responsibilities/Output:

The successful candidate will perform the following tasks on Maconomy:

Create new clients and jobs
Create account billings and copy jobs
Process General Ledger journals and Income journals
Change and keep Maconomy updated with relevant information
Reconcile, print and sort monthly debtor statements
Reconcile outstanding invoices
Import BNA and secretarial fee journals
Compile different reports
Reconcile Cashbook and Maconomy
Compile monthly reports
Monthly stock take and order of stationery and printing
Process client work on Pastel
Handle office administration, staff and client queries


Requirements

Qualification Level: Grade 12
Additional Qualification Level: n/a
Experience Required: 2 - 3 years

Competencies / Skills:

Qualification: Matric / Relevant Financial Management Certificate or Diploma Experience:

Maconomy experience will be an advantage
Advanced Excel skills Fully computer literate
Good understanding of PwC policies and procedures
Good accounting knowledge
Understanding of WIP & Debtors principles will be an advantage
Good interpersonal skills
Team player

Drivers License Required: No

Travel Required: Never

Overtime Required: Occasional
