Job Purpose:
• To mitigate Group Regulatory Risk as mandated by the Business Risk Management Forum (BRMF) through programme management and implementation of major legislation/regulation.

Key Functions / Responsibilities:
• Implementation of relevant Acts mandated by BRMF, through cost effective enabling programme management (currently Companies Act, to be followed by FATCA, SARB Banksurv Bobschemia programme)
• Manage the interface to the regulator, industry bodies and Clusters
• Keep the BRMF informed.
• Providing technical and people leadership to the Business.

Requirements:
• General Business Degree / Project Management Diploma
• PMI / Honours Degree / Project Management Body of Knowledge / Prince 2
• 5 years Banking experience and 5 years Project Management experience
Preferred Programme Management experience
• Must be able to communicate at all levels within the organisation.
