Minimum Requirements

QUALIFICATION:

Public Relations / Communications Degree or Diploma - Essential


WORK EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

3 Years experience in a Retail Customer Service environment - Essential

3 Years knowledge of world-class customer service principles
Proven written and verbal communication


JOB RELATED SKILLS:

Telephone etiquette

Handling irate customers

Proficient in English and Afrikaans
Job Specification

PURPOSE:

To assist the Corporate Communications Manager in managing the Customer Service portfolio by professionally resolving customer correspondence and assisting to implement/maintain customer service policies in stores.
