REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 Certificate with relevant experience. PLUS the following key competencies:Knowledge of:Knowledge of Ministry Operations. Broad Knowledge of the Functional areas covered by the executing authority’s portfolio. Knowledge of Public Service Policy and Prescripts. Knowledge of the Energy Sector. DUTIES : KRA’s: Efficient and effective management of the Reception Area. Recording of all incoming and outgoing documents. Acknowledgement of all incoming correspondence. Providing administrative support to the Director: Parliamentary and Cabinet Services. Ordering of stationary and distribution thereof. Providing administrative support to the Parliamentary Officer. Filling, typing, faxing and photocopying of documents. Making travel and accommodation arrangements and collect newspapers for the Ministry.
