REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in administration with relevant experience PLUS the following key competencies: Knowledge of Knowledge of Ministry Operations. Broad Knowledge of the Functional areas covered by the executing authority’s portfolio. Knowledge of Public Service Policy and Prescripts. Knowledge of the Energy Sector. Knowledge of how government operates Skills Computer literacy. Sound Organisational Skills. Interpersonal Skills. Telephone etiquette. Good interpersonal relations. Ability to work under pressure. DUTIES : KRA’s: Act as principal point of contact for the Chief of Staff. Arrange meetings for the Chief of Staff and perform secretariat functions at these meetings. Manage documentation and information flow between the Chief of Staff and officials in the Department. Follow-up on decisions/agreements/commitments of the Chief of Staff. Attend to the drafting, filing, faxing and photocopying of documents as requested by the Chief of Staff and Assist with stakeholder liaison. Making travel and accommodation arrangements.
