Responsible for the formulation of the national strategy in line with business priorities.Ensures that products, processes and systems are designed and aligned to support optimal branch performance.Allocates and utilizes all resources to ensure that sales and arrears targets are met nationally.Manages controllable expenses.Ensures that desirable service levels are met nationally. Manages risk and compliance nationally to ensure that an acceptable audit result is achieved.Acts as guide/coach and mentor for direct reports

Client Service Delivery
Provides telephonic and face-to-face service to branches.
Conducts branch visits to provide support and coaching.
Informs and coaches branches in terms of requirements and procedures.

Adheres to business, process and compliance rules.

Accountable for individual service delivery through own and team efforts.
Accountable for managing time, tasks and output quality of self and team for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.

Job Requirements



Grade 12 or equivalent Recognition of Prior Learning Relevant tertiary qualification and/proven track record of sales support and management exp.
