Minimum Requirements
QUALIFICATION
A Public Relations/Communications diploma or related tertiary qualification - ESSENTIAL

EXPERIENCE
5 years experience in a Retail customer service environment - ESSENTIAL
Management experience in an In-bound Call Centre environment - ESSENTIAL

KNOWLEDGE
3+ Years knowledge of world-class customer service principles - ESSENTIAL
Consumer Protection Act
CRM-database
E-products (virtual coupons, vouchers, airtime etc.)

SKILLS (4+ Years experience with:)
Telephone etiquette
Handling irate customers
Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Afrikaans

To manage the daily functioning of the Customer Service Centre through effective use of resources, as well as maintaining customer service and quality management principles.
