Job Title: Team leader and Senior Advisers - Upcoming Governance Programmes – Southern Africa

• Challenging opportunity • Innovative and engaging project • Improving service at facility and policy levels We are currently seeking potential team leaders and senior advisers for upcoming donor funded governance and accountability programmes in Southern Africa. You will ideally demonstrate experience in: • Overseeing the implementation of modest size donor funded Governance projects in the Southern Africa region, including managing multidisciplinary teams of national and international consultants;
• Governance, voice and accountability work; • Working with civil society and non-state actors; • Engaging with local government to influence policy formation; • Demand side strengthening of education and health service delivery and accountability (preferable). • Working in Portuguese (preferable)
