Job Title: Complaints Officer (Reference # 8113)

Position Purpose

To ensure the professional and consistent resolution of queries and complaints as it pertains to the Sales business unit at Momentum.

Experience & Qualifications

Grade 12
LL.B (Bachelor of Laws)
Articles and admission as an attorney is preferable but not essential

Work Output

Adhere to organisational processes and legislative requirements.
Take ownership of escalated and unresolved queries and ensure they are resolved timeously and effectively.
Identify risks to the company and escalate accordingly.
Engage in effective communication with stakeholders.
Maintain and exceed a consistent service delivery.
Research, obtain consensus with various stakeholders and present proposed resolutions at Complaints Resolution Panel.
Compile statistics and trend reports as required.
Ensure to demonstrate the company's values on a daily basis.
