Grade 12 + 4 (BProc/LLB and Professional Registration) (Admission as Attorney/Advocate)
Experience
7 years post admission as an attorney /Advocate

Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and opinions on legal/contractual, regulatory and legislative matters affecting Group Commercial
Negotiate, vet and draft contracts, and giving legal support at negotiations for contracts and resolving contractual dispute
Provide legal/ contractual support to Group Commercial Departments in the implementation of operational plans
Give support to the Group Commercial business
Liaise with attorney�??s, advocates, national energy regulator, department of water affairs and forestry, department of minerals resources, department of energy and other legislative authorities
Provide support in Litigation matters
Give input on bills and legislation relating to minerals and energy, water and environmental affairs that may need amendments
Liaise with the Regulation and Legal department on legal matters affecting Group Commercial.
Perform any other legitimate activity as required.
