Sanlam Personal Finance provides clients in the entry, middle, affluent and self-employed markets in South Africa with a comprehensive range of financial service solutions to facilitate their long term wealth creation, protection and niche financing needs

Key Responsibilities

1. Facilitate all requests/enquiries related to B*B’s from SFA staff and B*B’s.
2. Manage, coordinate and report on B*B MIS.
3. Manage and coordinate the scheduling of B*B training in conjunction with Distribution Academy.
4. Coordination of the interaction between B*Businesses and Product Providers/Distribution Support Functions, in terms of specific requests.
5. Represent B*Businesses on Forums
6. Registration of B*Businesses in conjunction with Compliance and DRPA.
7. Administrative support to all current and new initiatives in terms of B*B’s.
8. Monitor the participation on B*B training as well as the process of payments.
9. Create and monitor SLA’s with product (and other) providers and support functions.
10. Ensuring implementation of new initiatives for B*B’s as identified/requested by the SFA Board
11. Provide monthly feedback to SFA Board on all B* related matters
12. Provide a matrix support function for B*Consultants
13. Coordination of the B*B of the year competition.
14. Coordination of the annual B*business conference

Minimum Requirements

1. Qualifications:
• Grade 12
• A business or industry related tertiary qualification will be to your advantage.

2. Experience:
• Experience within SFA and/or related support function (Distribution Operations, Academy, etc).

3. Knowledge:
• Working knowledge of all SFA sales and related support processes.
• Working knowledge of the Financial Services Industry.
• A good understanding of the B* business model
